Catlog helps businesses sell easily on social media.

With Catlog, you can create a simple list of all your products and get a link you can share with customers anytime, customers can use this link to select items they want to buy and send their orders directly to your Whatsapp.

Catlog also helps you manage your orders and customers, get a bank account and collect payment via cards, transfers & split payments.

On Catlog you receive orders on Whatsapp.

When you send your link to customers, they select the items they want to purchase. After selecting items, they provide their delivery information. The order and delivery info is then automatically sent to your Whatsapp.

We don't currently showcase everyone's products for people to buy, but we help with search engine optimization for your store. So mainly, you have to use your store link - by adding it to your social media bio & sending it to customers when they reach out.

Right now, Catlog doesn't have a mobile app but the web app was built in a way that allows you to add it to your phone like an app for easy access to your store. See how to add catlog to your phone

Yes, you can use Catlog for free. However there are paid plans that gives you access to more features, read more about this here

Catlog has three subscription plans; the Starter plan, which is free, the Basic plan, which costs 1,500 Naira per month and the Business plan, which costs 4,500 Naira per month. Payments can also be made quarterly (every three months) instead of monthly. Read more about the plans and their features here.

There are 4 ways you can get paid.

1. By directly sending your Catlog account number
2. Customers can pay directly on your store if you enable direct checkout
3. The link attached to an order you receive on Whatsapp can be used to make payments
4. You can create an invoice link and share customers. They can use this link to pay with any option they like.

When customers pay you via catlog, they have the option pay via card, transfers, bank & split payments.

You can signup for Catlog from anywhere in the world, but today, Catlog primarily works for businesses in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Ghana 🇬🇭 - so your business has to be running in either of those places. We'll be launching in more countries soon

Uploading your products is easy. Go to your "Dashboard" and click "Get Help", then click on "Add Products". First, you'll need to select images for every item you want to upload, then proceed to add the details for each item. Read more about this here.

You can copy your store link by clicking "Get help" at the top right corner of your dashboard, then click "Copy store link"

If you're on a paid plan, to customize your store link, go to your dashboard, On the side navigation click on "Store settings", on the store link section, click on "Edit". Read more about custom store links here
